This application and agreement is submitted to Vantage Custom Classics in order to obtain trade credit. All invoices will be paid
within terms. If placed for collection for non-payment of account, applicant will be responsible for attorney fees and collection
costs. The venue of any lawsuit to collect this account shall be in Middlesex County, NJ. Applicant’s signature certifies that the
above information is correct. As part of this application for credit we authorize Vantage to obtain credit information from the
references listed above and any other references or credit reporting agencies. Customer agrees to adhere to credit and service
policies established by Vantage and published in our catalog and on our website.
The undersigned individual represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute and enter into this Credit
Agreement on behalf of the Customer.
Vantage Custom Classics has the right to terminate any extension of credit to Customer at any time without notice in the event
that Customer fails to comply with this Credit Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, or any other Vantage Custom Classics terms
and conditions.
All pages must be signed by an Officer or Principal and returned to start the review process.
Companies requesting a credit line of $10,000 or more must submit a copy of their financial statement.
This information will be requested by the credit department during the application process.
This information will be for the exclusive use of the credit department and will remain confidential.
Individual Personal Guarantee
