Laser Appliqué Patches

Our patches use laser appliqué and embroidery to offer a fun, fashion embellishment on your hoodies and other garments. Choose from pre-designed layouts or supply your own artwork. Patches are approximately 4” X 4” and can be created with any of the stock appliqué fabric.

Twill Colors

Twill is the most versatile and popular appliqué fabric. We stock a large assortment of colors including silver sparkle and camouflage.

Felt Colors

Felt appliqué will give your logo an instant old-school feel. It looks great alone, or in combination with twill or cotton-rib fabric.

Cotton-Rib Colors

Cotton-rib appliqué has a worn-in look and is great for t-shirts, flannels, and garment-washed styles. Cotton-rib is our recommended fabric for reverse applique techniques.

Tech Applique

Looking for something different? This unique embellishment option is produced on the laser machine using a foam-like tech fabric to outline lettering and simple logo designs, or as a base layer to twill fabric to add dimension to a design. You can choose a matching or contrasting tackdown stitch color to create a variety of looks.

Tech Base Appliqué

This creative decoration option combines tech applique material as an under layer with a twill fabric top layer to add dimension to your laser applique design.

Reverse Appliqué

Reverse appliqué is a technique that involves placing a piece of appliqué on the back side of the garment fabric. The design is laser cut into the top layer, in this case the garment. The cut pieces are pulled away to reveal the appliqué underneath. Our cotton rib appliqué works best for this technique.
